Although Lawyers are considered essential, there are significant guidelines that can be followed to protect clients amid the Corona Virus Pandemic. The following list is suggestive but not exhaustive:
1. Video Conferencing: Zoom now offers free video conferencing for 40 minutes: @ https://zoom.us/
2. Telephone Conferences using Facetime: Contacting a law office by phone is a good way to asses your legal situation and discuss your next steps without leaving your home.
3. Video Conferencing via Go to Meeting by LogMeIn. This feature is similar to Zoom however, there is no need to download software on your computer to participate in a web conference with your attorney.
4. Google Hangouts Meet
5. Google Duo
Personal face to face conferences are always preferred however, in times such as this, video alternatives are the next best thing.
