If your student is starting K-12, it’s important to ensure that all supports are in place to enable your student to succeed.

If your student has an IEP, the school must hold a meeting every school year and update the plan where it is necessary to enable success. If your student needs accommodations, it’s very important that the accommodations are reviewed and included in the child’s IEP or 504 plan.

If you are in need of an attorney to advocate for your student relating to academic challenges, the Law Office of Lynndolyn T. Mitchell is professionally qualified to serve as the attorney for your student.
